1. reduce feed pressure by relieving pressure on the
feed lever during operation.
2. allow blade to enter workpiece in a slow and controlled
manner, follow through with a smooth and even
pressure.
3. never start the blade in contact with the workpiece.
4. Check blade tooth pitch.
