2. Ensure power supply is ON/has correct voltage.
3. Test for good contacts; correct the wiring.

5. Ensure circuit size is correct/replace weak breaker.

7. Test/replace if faulty.

2. Replace damaged cutter.

4. Tighten loose spindle; replace defective spindle or
spindle cartridge.
5. Realign/replace shaft, pulley, set screw, and key.
6. Tighten/replace.
7. Tighten mounting bolts; relocate/shim machine.
8. Fix/replace fan cover; replace loose/damaged fan.
9. Test by rotating shaft; rotational grinding/loose shaft
requires bearing replacement.
