4.0 USE OF THE LANTERN
4.1 Control panel
The control panel is located on the ballast of the unit.
When switching the unit on, the display reads sequentially the DMX address (initially 001) and the presence or non-presence of
the DMX signal.
4.2 Reading the display and using the controls
MENU/ESC Key: The MENU key allows to enter the menu mode of the projector; pressing this key when the menu mode has
already been accessed is like pressing ESC, that is going back to the previous menu without making any modification;
UP and DOWN Keys: The UP and DOWN keys (indicated by the arrows) allow you to browse the menu and sub-menus func-
tions;
ENTER Key: The ENTER key confirms the selected option, which is visualized on display.
When the initial screen appears on display, press the MENU key to enter the MENU mode. 6 sub-menus are available:
1- Language;
2- Address change;
3- Options;
4- Timer;
5- Temperature;
6- Calibrations.
1- Language:
it allows the user to select the language for the dialog messages which will be read on display. The default langua-
ge is English.
SET-UP: Press the MENU key and go through the menu by using UP and DOWN keys until the writing "-1- Language" is dis-
played; press the ENTER key to access the Language menu and select one of the 5 available languages available through UP and
DOWN keys; press ENTER to confirm.
The following languages are available:
- Italian;
- English;
- French;
- German;
- Spanish.
2- Address Change:
It allows the user to select the DMX address of the projector. It can acquire values from 1 and 512.
