3 - PARAMETERS:
To enter the device parameter menu, the START key is pressed for 3 seconds while the system is
OFF. The key is released when the PAS message is displayed on the screen.
Here the password screen appears. The user password is fixed to 016.
The parameter page can not be entered without entering the password.
Here, the upper temperature set arrow keys will be used to change the parameter number.
The lower temperature set arrow keys will be used to change the parameter value. The Start Time
button will be used to save the parameter. To exit this menu, the Stop key will be used.
PR0 = O-o: OFFSET ENVIRONMENT (Used with -20 + 20 degree addition purpose.)
PR1 = O-1: OFSET TC1 (used with -20 + 20 degrees addition purpose)
PR2 = O-2: OFSET TC2 (used with -20 + 20 degrees addition purpose)
PR3 = O-3: OFSET TC3 (used with -20 + 20 degrees addition purpose)
PR4 = O-4: OFSET TC4 (used with -20 + 20 degrees addition purpose)
PR5 = O-5: OFSET TC5 (used with -20 + 20 degrees insertion purpose)
PR6 = O-6: OFSET TC6 (used with -20 + 20 degrees insertion purpose)
PR7 = hSt: HYSTERESIS (Temperature parameter used for hysteresis control.)
PR8 = btP: STEAM COUPLING TEMPERATURE (Steam can not be supplied without reaching the
internal temperature of the oven.)
PR9 = bCt: STEAM SUBMISSION (Pressing the steam key will set the number of seconds of steam to
be given here.)
PR10 = hr-: CLOCK SET
PR11 = NIN: DARKNESS SETTING
PR12 = ALARM: ALARM TIME (Cooking end warning time is set here.)
PR13 = LIT: UST TEMP LIMIT (The maximum working temperature of the oven is set here.)
PR14 = bPt: STEAM PREPARATION OPERATING TIME (For steam preparation.)
PR15 = bbt: STEAM PREPARATION WAITING TIME (For steam preparation.)
PR16 = E-1: SET 1 (UST) INSERT (For setting junction between -25 and +25 degrees.)
PR17 = E-2: SET 2 (UST) INSERTION (For setting joint between -25 and +25 degrees.)
PR18 = E-3: SET 3 (UST) ADDING (For setting joint between -25 and +25 degrees.)
PR19 = E-4: SET 4 (ALT) ADDING (For setting joint between -25 and +25 degrees.)
PR20 = E-5: SET 5 (ALT) ADDING (For setting junction between -25 and +25 degrees.)
PR21 = E-6: SET 6 (ALT) ADDING (For setting joint between -25 and +25 degrees.)
PR22 = btY: Steam type selection parmeter.
0 -> Dry heating mode. No steam or steam. Steam preparation also does not work.
1 -> heating mode. Steam preparation does not work. It will work according to the
temperature. It makes a wait. Input is not required.
2 -> Ther heating mode. There's steam. Steam preparation works. It works according to
input and temperature. It makes a wait.
3 -> Gen heating mode. There's steam. Prepare steam. It will work according to
temperature and duration. Both the start and the steam wait between them. Input is not required.
PR23 = bht: Steam is the waiting time. Log in as min. This parameter is active when parameter 22
value 1 is entered.
PR24 = tot: Temperature measurement type selection. When 1 is entered, it works with 2
thermocouples. When 0 is entered, 6 termocouple le is run.
4 -FACTORY SETTING TO PARAMETERS:
When the system is off, pressing both of the time setting arrow keys for 3 seconds will display
the FBR in the upper left display. After the display FBR is seen, the keys are released and the
parameters are set according to the factory settings.
5 - PROGRAM SELECTION AND REGISTRATION:
To select a program, press the P1 - P8 keys once while the system is in the ON position and the
button is released. When the selection is made, the key is lit and the values in the memory are
displayed.
For program recording, it will be necessary to press one of the P1 - P8 keys for 3 seconds after
the values have been set. As soon as the display starts flashing, the button is released and data
