These dimensions are minimum clearances but it is recommended that you ensure sufficient room for servicing, routine

cleaning and maintenance.

Note: This clearance is also required for air space between the appliance and wall/ceiling.

Clearances to combustibles are for the safety of the property. To avoid overheating and damaging the appliance these

clearances should be maintained for non-combustibles also.
