4. Remove the front panel
assembly
panel assembly.
●Remove the front panel assembl y.
5. Remove the electrical box
cover 1
●Press on the buckle of the box cover 1
and then take o ff the cover.
6. Remove the main board
●Release the wiring terminals connected
to the main board.
●Remove the main board.
7. Remove the electrical box box with a screwdrive r.
●Remove the electrical box.
8. Remove the evaporator
●Use a screwdriver to unscrew
connection pipe on the back of the unit
and take o ff the press plate.
●Unscrew the screws of evaporator
with a screwdriver and then remove the
evaporator.
9.Remove motor’ s pressing plate
pressing plate with a screwdriver and
then remove it.
10. Remove the motor and
fan
● T ake o ff the motor and fan directly.
●Use a screwdriver to unscrew the
screws connecting the motor and the
fan.
11. Install a new moto r.
●Assemble units based on the reverse order
of this procedure and power on the units for
test.
