Please carry out the following steps:
x
Turn the T handle to a vertical position.
x
Push the carriage completely forwards until you hear the latching lever lock into the
driver and you can no longer move the carriage.

VA 806 guide rail and endpiece holder
x
Put the food to be sliced in and use the guide rail
to fix it in place.
x
Pull the return lever all the way towards you and
place the endpiece behind the food product.
x
Swivel down the endpiece holder and thread into
guide rail.
x
Thread in the endpiece holder straight down.
x
Pull the return lever all the way towards you.
x
Move the endpiece clamp gently against the end of
the food to be sliced.
Removing the guide rail:
x
Swivel up the endpiece clamp
x
Loosen the clamp and remove the food product
x
Move the guide rail towards you and swivel it up
until it is upright
x
Pull out the guide rail towards you
