Do not tip the carriage; instead, carefully swivel it back
into the working position.
Caution!
Danger of injury!
CAUTION!
Make sure that you fasten the star grip on the
bottom of the carriage tightly.
If the carriage is loose, it can injure the operator,
damage the machine or result in bad slicing.
CAUTION!
Tighten the star grip on the placing arm. A loose
arm can cause problems and damage the
machine.

Slide the tray in recess side first (1) under the holding
piece as far as possible, then push it down onto the
holding bolt.
CAUTION!
Ensure that the tray fits properly and tightly to
prevent it from falling down during operation.
