Place the sausage to the wall of the carriage
and hold in position with your left hand.
x
Gently push the guide rail onto the food to be
sliced using your right hand and tighten the
locking screw.
x
Take hold of the handle of the last slice clamp
and swivel it to the “down“ position. Thread in
the endpiece holder straight down.
x
Pull the return lever all the way towards you.
x
Move the last slice clamp gently against the end
of the food to be sliced.
x
Switch on the machine.
CAUTION!
The carriage slowly moves to its initial position
when you switch on the machine. If the carriage is
already in this position when you switch on the
machine, there will be no positioning.
x
Use the slicing thickness control to set the
slicing thickness.
