ext. syn
This setting selects the clock source for when the m108 is the Dante network clock master. If the "Allow
Sync to External" check box is checked in Dante Controller, then the clock source for the m108 will
switch to the clock source selected in the Dante ext. sync menu. To set your desired Dante ext. syn op-
tion:
1. Scroll to the setup menu item #4 'clock output'
2. Press the EDIT encoder to enter edit mode
3. Turn the knob to select your desired option
4. Press the EDIT knob again to enter your selection and exit edit mode
Note that there can only be one clock master on a Dante network. The available options are

4 - clock output
This setting sets which wordclock source will be present at the WC OUT/THROUGH BNC connector on
the m108 rear panel. To set your desired clock output setting:
1. Scroll to the setup menu item #4 'clock output'
2. Press the EDIT encoder to enter edit mode
3. Turn the knob to select your desired option
4. Press the EDIT knob again to enter your selection and exit edit mode
The available options are:

external
5 - digital format
Sets the AES3 output format to indicate professional or consumer in the digital stream. To set your de-
sired digital output format:
1. Scroll to the setup menu item #5 'digital format'
2. Press the EDIT encoder to enter edit mode
3. Then turn the knob to select your desired format
4. Press the EDIT knob again to enter your selection and exit edit mode
