4-3: Attach the Q-Zone Hoop-Frame QM Belt

Bracket to the Right Frame End using (2) pre-

installed M6 x 16mm Set Screws.

Note: Do not tighten set screws at this time.

4-4: Install the Belt Tensioner to the Q-Zone Hoop-

Frame Belt Bracket using (2) M6 x 10mm Hex Bolts

and (2) M6 Nuts.

4-5: Tilt the Bottom Carriage onto its side.

4-6: Keep the Long Belt flat and thread the Long

Belt into the gearbox in the QuiltMotion Motor Plate

from the bottom until it comes out the top of the

Bottom Carriage.
