REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION OF
STARTER MOTOR
The removal steps of the starter motor are as follows:
1. Remove the motor mounting bolt A
2. Remove the starting motor
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of
removal.
REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION OF
LEFT CRANKCASE COVER
The disassembly and assembly steps of the left front
cover are as follows:
1. Remove the mounting bolts of the left front cover.
2. Remove the left front cover.
3. Remove the sealing paper pad.
4. Remove the positioning pin of the left front cover.
NOTE : Do not damage the joint surface of the cover
when removing the left front cover.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of
removal.
The tightening torque of the left front cover mounting
bolt is: (10
～
15) N·m
NOTE : When installing the sealing paper pad, you need
to use a new sealing paper pad.
