Platea/Tekna Uno monitor and the telephone T-740 Uno are fully compatible with
Platea/Tekna Plus monitor and T-740 Plus telephone. However,
a resistor must be
installed between 'D' and '–' terminals of the door panel
. This resistor is supplied
with the door panel. In case of several door panels, place the resistor
only
on the one
closest to the backbone. When using a digital repeater
RD-Plus/Uno SE
, this operation
is not necessary.
In case of one or more Uno telephones or monitors on the installation, if the distance between the
door panel and the last monitor or telephone exceeds 200 meters, or if the building has more than
200 monitors or telephones, a digital repeater
RD-Plus/Uno SE
will be necessary.
