Intermittent power while
riding.
Battery capacity low.
Overheating motors
Faulty battery.
Charge batteries for at least 2 hrs.
Let motors cool
Have a qualified technician
remove battery cover and check
the battery.If your range has
slowly decreased over time your
battery capacity may be faulty.

Reduced speed while
riding.
Battery may be almost fully
discharged.
The motors may be
overheating.
Low speed switch flipped.
Charge battery.
Turnoff the board, and allow motors
to cool.
Check to see the remote was not
accidentally flipped to low speed.

Unable to charge.
Improper connection to
golfboard charge port.
AC adapter not plugged
properly to electrical outlet.
Check charger connection to charge
port.
Check AC adapter power cord.

Only front or rear motors
are spinning.
Failed
connections.
Check connection to motor controller.

Tire is rubbing on
fenders.
Improper wheel
replacement.
Order proper size replacement
wheels. Install according to standard
tire installation procedures.

Flat tire and unstable
driving.
Low air pressure.
Puncture.
Pump to normal air pressure.
Repair the tire.

When releasing the
accelerator on level
surface, the GolfBoard
does not stop in the
normal distance or more
than 20 feet.
Out of adjustment or faulty
motor controller.
Contact GolfBoard for professional
servicing.
GolfBoard
does not
move when squeezing
the Operating Lever.
Main Key Switch is in
OFF position.
Remote is low on
battery
Remote is turned off
On/Off switch on stability
bar is in the OFF position
Turn the switch to
“ON”
position.
Charge remote overnight.
Switch on remote.
Switch to “ON”
