Sol Boards is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Board, Part, or replacement Board or Part,
during shipment to or from Sol Boards. Purchaser assumes all risk of loss and damage during shipment.
What is the process for making a claim under this Limited Warranty?
To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must first call Sol Boards’ toll-free customer
support line (888) 238-2841 to speak with a Sol Boards customer support representative. Sol Boards may
require that Purchaser provide photographs, images or other information regarding the problem or defect.
For problems that cannot be resolved over the telephone, Sol Boards will typically require (and reserves
the right to require) that Purchaser send the Board or Part to Sol Boards, in which event Sol Boards’
customer support representative will provide directions on how to send Sol Boards (i) the defective Board
or Part, and (ii) any additional information required or requested by Sol Boards. Following receipt of the
Board or Part, Sol Boards will determine whether this Limited Warranty applies, and if it does apply, repair
the defect, replace the Board or Part, or issue a refund as set forth above in this Limited Warranty. Purchaser
is responsible for returning the Board and any Part(s) in suitable packaging, prepaying shipping and return
charges and insuring all shipments (Purchaser assumes all risk of loss and damage during shipment).
What must Purchaser do in order for the Limited Warranty to be effective?
In order for the Limited Warranty to be effective, Purchaser (or Purchaser’s lessee, if applicable) must,
within thirty (30) days after the original purchase of the Board from Sol Boards or an authorized Sol
Boards dealer
, fill out and return the warranty registration card attached below, together with a copy of
Purchaser’s receipt, to Sol Boards at the following address:

Are there any limitations on Sol Boards’ liability?
Yes, Purchaser’s remedies are limited to those remedies specified in this Limited Warranty. Sol Boards’
liability is further limited as follows:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOL BOARDS SHALL HAVE
NO LIABILITY TO PURCHASER UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
TORT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST INCOME, LOST PROFITS, INCONVENIENCE OR
FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM THE BOARD OR ITS SALE OR USE, EVEN IF SOL BOARDS
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS(ES) OR DAMAGE(S), AND UNDER
NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOL BOARDS’ AGGREGATE MONETARY LIABILITY
RELATING TO OR RESULTING FROM THE BOARD OR ITS SALE OR USE EXCEED THE LESSER
OF (I) THE AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE BOARD ACTUALLY PAID
BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER; OR (II) THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE BOARD BY A
SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER. THE REMEDIES OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE
DEFECTIVE BOARD OR PART, OR A REFUND, ALL AS SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY, ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES OF PURCHASER. SOL BOARDS’
PRICE FOR THE BOARD AND ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE
CONSIDERATION FOR LIMITING SOL BOARDS’ LIABILITY.
THE REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND
DISPLACE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOL BOARDS (I) MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
EXCEPT FOR THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY; AND (II)
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING
