The combi-steam oven will now show parameters of core
temperature and the cooking cabinet temperature at which the
process will terminate. If you agree with the parameters, press “OK”
and the combi-steam oven will set the selected technology to be used.
If you desire different values for the final parameters, (e.g. darker
and crispier skin of a grilled chicken) select the required temperature
in the red field on the display (1) (left side for the cooking cabinet
temperature, right side for the probe temperature). To fine-tune-
setting use the arrows to increase/decrease temperature (2).
Having set the parameters you can now initiate the cooking process
by pressing
“Start”
A matter of fact when using the Goldstein Vision combi-steam
ovens is the possibility to change all pres-set parameters during
cooking process. By pressing the relevant button (Time, Temperature
etc.) you can change the selected values and the combi-steam oven
will then proceed with the newly set parameters.
Storing own parameters “Easy cooking”
You can save any changes you made to any parameters of any
step. At the end of the cooking process the combi-steam oven will offer
the possibility to save the changed program into the “Programs”
section.

described in chapter
