 we start the cooking process.

If   you   chose   the   function   “Preheating/Cooling”

,   the

combi-steam oven firstly evaluates the inside temperature. Should the
temperature be lower than desired, the combi-steam oven will then
preheat   itself   to   a   temperature   25%   higher   than   the   pre-set
temperature   and   upon   reaching   the   temperature   the   combi-steam
oven shall produce an audio signal with a sign to place in the food.
Should the temperature be higher than the desired one, the combi-
stem oven will cool the inside to the desired temperature and upon
reaching the desired temperature will sound an audio signal with a
sign to place in food.

The   cooking   process   according   to   the   actual   setting   starts

automatically once the GN containers with food have been put in and
the door closed,

you do not need to press the “START” button.

e) Ending the manual operation and returning to the initial

menu

Follows automatically after the finish of the cooking process, after

elapse of the pre-set time, or upon reaching pre-set temperature
when using the core probe or after pressing the end icon.

f) Entering the finished cooking process to the programs

If you are happy with the result of the cooking process and assume

that you will repeat it with the same set parameters, you can enter the
steps and parameters of the finished cooking process as new program.

Upon   the   end   of   the   cooking   process   an   invite   to   save   a   new

process will appear. If you decide to do so, confirm the selection by
“Save as program”

The system will offer

 “Programs”

Now you can enter the created program into a selected group, or

you can create your own group by pressing

“Select”

 – the procedure

is described in detail in chapter “

Programming”

If you decide not to save the process as program, press “

Esc”.

If   the   cooking   process   parameters   and   steps   are   not   saved   as

program,   they   will   be   lost   upon   new   manual   mode   setting   or   after
turning off the combi-steam oven!
