ATTACHING THE CURL BAR
Pull the Leg Lever Pin (48) out of the Leg Lever (13).
Attach the Curl Bar (14) to the Leg Lever with the Pin.
ATTACHING WEIGHTS
To use the barbell, slide the desired amount of weight
onto the Weight Sleeves (20). Secure the weights
with the Weight Clips (69).
WARNING:
Do not place more than
285 pounds on the barbell. Always place the
same amount of weight on each side of the bar-
bell. Always secure weights with the Weight
Clips (69).

ATTACHING THE CURL PAD
Secure the Curl Post (15) inside the Front Leg (17)
with the Curl Knob (51).
Make sure the Knob is fully
tightened.
