Kettle Installation
– Install the Clean-In-Place Assembly

Remove Knob, CIP Latch,
and Kettle Retainer
Hanger Arm
Step 1: Unpack the kettle.
Step 2: Remove the Clean-In-Place (CIP) Assembly from the
hanger arm.
Step 3: Slide Kettle Retainer onto the kettle arm.
Step 4: Tilt kettle and insert into the hanger
arm slots, then allow the kettle to return to
an upright position.
Step 5: Make sure the split collars are outside
the hanger arms.
