3. Starting Position
Wiper arms and hydraulic pusher cylinders
fully retracted. Lower tire into below position.

4. Extend wiper arms to draw the tire’s
bottom bead into the rim’s drop center
(rim well).

5. Extend push-block to get bottom bead
firmly into the rim’s drop center (rim well).
Extend wiper arms to complete mounting
of the bottom bead.

6. Extend wiper arms to maximum.
Use push-block to push top bead over/off
wiper arms. Use special care when mounting
the top bead to avoid damage to the bead toe
as it goes over the flange.
