3. 配料序列

應遵守放置配料的順序,一般來說,順序是:放置液體配料,雞蛋,鹽和奶粉
等。當放置配料時,麵粉不能完全地濕透。酵母只能放在乾麵粉上。酵母不能
接觸到鹽分。麵粉被揉搓一段時間後會有“嗶”一聲提醒你放入水果配料。如
果太早放入水果配料,經過一段長時間的混合後,水果的味道將被削弱。
當使用延遲功能,延遲一段長的時間,切勿加入易腐的配料,如:雞蛋、水
果配料。
