「啟動/停止」按鈕用於開啟或關閉所選烹飪程序。 按下「啟動/停止」按鈕約
1.5秒,啟動烹飪程序,將會有“嗶”聲提示,顯示屏上時間顯示亮點會閃爍,
程序開始運作。程序運作之後,除了「啟動/停止」鍵、「 照明燈」鍵、和「暫
停」鍵之外,其他的按鍵均不能操作。
若要停止程序,再次按下「啟動/停止」按鈕約1.5秒,聽見“嗶”聲提示即表示
烹飪程序已關閉。

菜單鍵用於設定不同的程序。任何時候按下菜單鍵(伴隨著一個短暫的“嗶”聲
提示) 即可更改烹飪程序。
菜單裡有12個食譜可供選擇,您可根據需要選擇所需程序。12個菜單的不同功
能解釋如下:

1.  一般麵包:

 攪拌、發酵和烘烤做出一般麵包,可添加配料增添風味。

2.  全麥麵包:

 攪拌、發酵和烘烤出全麥麵包,此程序建議不要使用預約功能,

這樣烘焙效果可能不好。

3.  法式麵包:

 攪拌、發酵和烘烤再加上較長的發酵時間,烘焙出法式麵包外皮

酥脆,質地鬆軟。

4.  快速麵包:

 攪拌、發酵和烘烤時間較一般麵包程序短,這種麵包較小,口感

較扎實。

5.  甜麵包:

 攪拌、發酵和烘烤做出甜麵包,可添加配料增添風味。

6.  蛋糕:

 攪拌、發酵和烘烤做出,發酵使用蘇打粉或烘焙粉。

7.  果醬:

 製作果醬。將水果或蔬菜切碎,然後放入麵包桶中製作。

8.  麵團:

 攪拌、發酵、不烘焙。移出麵團用於製作麵包卷、披薩、饅頭等。

9.  超快麵包:

 短時間內攪拌、發酵並烘焙出口感扎實的麵包。

10. 烘焙:

 僅烘焙,不攪拌、不發酵,主要用於延長烘焙時間。

11. 甜品:

 攪拌、發酵和烘焙甜點。

12. 自設程序:

 可自行設定攪拌、發酵、烘焙、保溫時間 。
