8.7 European R&TTE Declaration of Conformity
Hereby, Gibson Corporation, declares that the Bluetooth module MM516
is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC.
As a result of the conformity assessment procedure described in Annex III of the Directive 1999/5/EC, the end customer
equipment is labeled as shown in Section 8.10.
The MM516 can be used in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,
Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The
Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
8.8 Unauthorized Changes to Equipment Statement
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Gibson could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
