5.4 Read out fault report (via TZ 320)
Faults in the system are indicated via flashing of LED 3.

Connect the service terminal with the door control unit.

The fault report is shown on the display of the service terminal.

Find out the cause of malfunction and correct the fault with the aid of the following table.
The table only contains faults that can be caused by the Terminal T 320.
Please refer to the TZ 320 user manual for further fault reports.

5.5 Read out alarm signal (via TZ 320)
Misuse of the system or emergency situations is indicated via alarm tones and lighting up of LED 3.

Connect the service terminal to the door control unit and press the ESC button.

Establish the cause of the alarm and cancel the alarm with the aid of the following table.
