Accompany function with automatic drives without
emergency exit function
The doors are closed in the basic state and in operating mode "Night" or
"Automatic".
Visitors and personnel can control the doors using the respective actuation
devices such as push buttons, radar signals etc. The actuation devices are
connected to the respective input depending on the function required (KI/
KA/KB). If a patient approaches a door he is not allowed to pass, activation
is interrupted and the patient cannot open the door using the actuation de-
vices. In the case of radar signals, care must be taken that the field scanned
by the GCLR is larger than the one belonging to the movement detector.
The doors can still be opened using personnel transponders. It may not be
possible to open the doors manually.
Patient transponders are taught using group button 1 on the GCLR. The
activation of the drive is interrupted by relay 1 of the GCLR.
The transponder of people accompanying patients is taught via group but-
ton 2 on the GCLR. The drive is activated via relay 2 of the GCLR.
Option
If DIP switch 1 is set to "ON", an acoustic buzzer is enabled. This sounds for
the transponders taught in group 1 parallel to the switching time of relay 1.
This means an acoustic signal can be used to indicate that a patient is within
the scanned field.
