Problems and possible solutions
La morsa non reagisce:
- Verificare il collegamento pneumatico o idraulico
- La pressione minima non è mantenuta
- Sono state invertite le connessioni di apertura e chiusura
- Sono rimasti aperti dei raccordi non utilizzati.
- Pistone rotto
La morsa si ferma prima di arrivare a fine corsa:
- E’ presente della sporcizia tra le griffe o tra pistone ed il corpo.
- La pressione minima non è mantenuta
Perdita di pressione (e quindi diminuzione dello sforzo)
- Verificare che le guarnizioni siano a posto, pulire le morse e lubrificare
- Verificare la corretta connessione dell’alimentazione pneumatica o idraulica
La morsa reagisce a colpi:
- Pulire e lubrificare la morsa.
The vise does not react:
- Check the pneumatic/hydraulic connection
- Min. Pressure level not kept.
- The opening and closing connections have been switched
- Some unused connectors have been left open.
- Broken piston
The vise stops before limitswitch:
- There is some dirt between the jaws or piston and the vise body.
- Min. Pressure level not kept.
Loss of pressure (decrease of the stress):
- Check that all seals are ok, clean the vise and lubricate
- Check that the hydraulic/pneumatic supply is correct.
The vise reacts to strokes:
- Clean and lubricate the vise
