ATTENTION
Risk of personnel injuries in case of incorrect clamping of the work-piece and/or failure in respecting
the technical parameters of the vise!
- Technical data of the GripMatic vise must never be exceeded.
- The vise must be mounted on machines and fixtures that satisfy the requirements of the current regulations and
must be equipped with all safety devices against the possibility of reject material projections.
ATTENTION
Risk of personnel injuries in case of projection of the work-piece and consequent loss of air/oil pressure
or in case of lack of a proper control system (operator mistake)
- Use Pression Valves.
- In case of automatic applications, check that the machine has been correctly programmed.
ATTENZIONE
Risk of personnel injuries in case of fall of the vise or jaws during transportation, installation or removal!
- Ensure that the vise and jaws do not fall during transportation, installation or removal.
- Use the proper lifting means for the transportation of the vise, according to its weight..
- Install the GripMatic vise on machine with proper connections only.
CAUTION
Crush hazard by opening/closing of the jaws during manual loading/downloading of the work-piece!
- Do not put the hands within the jaws.
- Always use Individual Safety devices.
- The automatic loading of the work-piece is suggested.
CAUTION
Slipping/ Falling hazard in case of dirty workplace where the vise is placed.
(possible leakages of oil/lubricant)
- Be sure that the environment around the vise is clean before mounting and setup.
- Use proper shoes
- Follow safety and injuries prevention rules when using the vise, especially when using on machining centers or other
fixtures.
CAUTION
Burn hazard by high temperatures of the work-pieces.
- Use protective gloves during the removal of the work-pieces.
- The automatic loading of the work-piece is suggested.
