6.2 Backing Up and Restoring Settings
With the GV-IP Device Utility, you can back up the configurations in the camera, and restore
the backup data to the current unit or import it to another unit.
1. Run
IP Device Utility
and locate the desired camera in the list. See Steps 1-3 in
6.1.2
Using the GV-IP Device Utility.
To Back up the Settings:
2. Double-click the camera in the list, and on the pop-up dialog box, click the
Export
Settings
button. This dialog box appears.

button to assign a file path.

to save the backup file.
