8. Troubleshooting
The water pump is fitted with the following safety
equipment:
8.1 High-pressure switch :
The high-pressure switch protects the heat pump from
excessive pressure in the cooling circuit. In the event of
any disturbances (excessive pressure), the high-pressure
switch will stop the pump. The system will restart when
the high-pressure switch is reset manually. Take off the
front cover by removing the screw.
Press the red button for RESET.
8.2 Safety thermostat for the heating
coil
The safety thermostat protects the service water
installation against high temperatures during heat
production with the electric cartridge. The safety
thermostat is fitted on the container. The heat coil
disconnects if the configured value (90°C) is exceeded.
The heat coil can only be reactivated when the
temperature is below 90°C. To do this, turn off the power
to the unit, screw of the front cover and screw off the
front cover on the front of the heating element. The reset
button can now be pressed in. NOTE
Take care that the wires to the control system do not
break or get pulled out!!!

Check the following:
Is there power connected to the device?
•
Is there power in the socket?
•
Is the heat pump disconnected via the temperature
•
control system?
Is the service water temperature > 55°C?
•
Is the cable attached between the control system and
•
the control panel?
Is the high-pressure switch disengaged?
•
Has the filter not been changed?
•
Condensation water is leaking from the device:
Error:
