Check the paper stack to make sure it is not loaded at an angle and that the guides barely
touch the stack.
Loading Envelopes in the Front Tray
1.
Open the front tray by pulling on the hand grip on the top of the tray.
2.
Slide the paper guides all the way to the sides of the front tray.
3.
Pull the front tray up and out of the printer, as shown on the label inside the front tray.
CAUTION: Do not press the guides tightly against
the stack; the guides should just barely touch the
stack of paper. Paper guides that are too tight can
cause feed jams.
