Monitor/Alarms
When you select Monitor/Alarms, the screen displays the UAS 7001 Alarm Monitor screen
shown in Figure 2-10. The screen displays ACTIVE or INACTIVE for each alarm condition to
indicate whether or not the condition currently exists. Definitions of the alarm conditions appear
below.
The screen updates every five seconds so that current information is always displayed. The cursor
highlight flickers from field to field on the screen during the brief time required to complete the
update.
When you are done viewing the Alarm Monitor screen, type 0 and press the Enter key to return
to the Main Menu.

Alarm Monitor Screen
The Alarm Monitor screen displays alarms grouped into two categories, Declared and
Performance. Declared alarms are those the unit reports simply on the basis of whether or not the
condition exists. Performance alarms are those the unit determines on the basis of Time Interval
and Count Threshold values configured separately for each performance alarm in the
Performance Alarm Thresholds Submenu.
