ARGANO
– WINCH
L’argano viene ingrassato in fase di
fabbricazione da parte del costruttore. Si
consiglia però di oliare periodicamente le
boccole dell’albero di comando e del mozzetto
del tamburo. La corona dentata è da
ingrassare di tanto in tanto. Il filetto della
manovella deve sempre essere ingrassato.
ATTENZIONE!!! Non oliare ed ingrassare il
meccanismo del freno.
The winch has already been lubricated in the
works. It is recommended however that the
drive shaft bearing bushes and the drum hub
be oiled regularly. Grease the toothed wheel
rim regularly. Ensure that the crank gear is
always lubricated.
WARNING!!! Do not oil or
grease the brake mechanism.
ATTENZIONE!!! È importante che, se per
qualsiasi motivo vi fossero parti dell’argano
non conformi o danneggiate, l’installatore
non proceda all’innalzamento del palo sino
alla
risoluzione
di
tali
problemi
in
collaborazione con lo staff del costruttore.
WARNING!!! It is important that, for any
problems there were imperfections or
damaged parts, the user does not proceed

problems

manufacturer.
ATTENZIONE!!! Ad ogni utilizzo verificare
che il cavo d’acciaio si avvolga in modo
corretto sul mozzetto del tamburo, occorre
impedire che il cavo d’acciaio si attorcigli in
modo improprio sull’argano. Controllare
che il cavo d’acciaio sia ingrassato e che
non crei attrito in tutto il suo percorso.
WARNING!!! Verify, at every use, that the
steel cable winds correctly up on the drum
hub, it is necessary to prevent that the
steel cable kinks itself in improper way on
the winch. Check that the cable is
lubricated and that it doesn’t generate
friction along its way.
FUNI D’ACCIAIO - STEEL CABLES
Verificare periodicamente la condizione ed il
perfetto trascinamento delle funi d'acciaio
all’interno delle pulegge. In caso di sostituzione
dei cavi e delle pulegge verificare che il
montaggio avvenga in modo corretto. Se i cavi
d’acciaio dovessero presentare segni d’usura
(fare rifermento alla tabella sottostante), non
utilizzare
la
macchina
e
contattare
direttamente il costruttore.
Anche se in buono stato, si consiglia la
sostituzione delle funi, dopo 10 anni dalla data
di produzione.
Periodically check the condition and the
perfect dragging of the steel cables inside the
pulleys. If cables and pulleys are replaced,
check that they are installed correctly. If the
steel cables show signs of wear (refer to table
below), do not use the unit and contact
directly the manufacturer.
Although in good condition, we recommend
the replacement of the steel cables, after 10
years from the date of production.
