8.3 PERICOLO CORRELATI ALLE BATTERIE - DANGER INVOLVED WITH BATTERIES
Lavorare in prossimità di una batteria è
pericoloso. Non fumare né generare scintille o
fiamme in prossimità di una batteria.
Working close to a battery is dangerous.
Never smoke or allow a spark or flame close
to the battery.
Indossare occhiali e indumenti protettivi.
Evitare di toccarsi gli occhi mentre si lavora
vicino alle batterie. Lavarsi le mani al termine
dell’operazione.
Wear eye and clothing protection. Avoid
touching eyes while working near batteries.
Wash your hands when done.
Se l’acido della batteria entra a contatto con la
pelle
o
con
gli
indumenti,
lavare
immediatamente con acqua e sapone. Se
l’acido entra a contatto con gli occhi,
sciacquarli immediatamente con acqua fredda
corrente per almeno 15 minuti e rivolgersi
subito al medico.
If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash
them immediately with soap and water. If
acid enters an eye, immediately flood the
eye with running cold water for at least 15
minutes
and
get
medical
attention
immediately.
Prestare attenzione quando si usano attrezzi
metallici in prossimità di batterie. La caduta di
un attrezzo metallico su una batteria potrebbe
causarne il cortocircuito ed eventualmente
l’esplosione.
Be careful when using metal tools in the
vicinity of batteries. Dropping a metal tool
onto a battery might cause a short circuit
and possibly an explosion.
Non indossare oggetti metallici come anelli,
bracciali, collane e orologi quando si lavora
con una batteria. Una batteria può produrre
una corrente di cortocircuito sufficiente a
provocare la fusione di tali oggetti, causando
gravi ustioni.
Remove personal metal items such as rings,
bracelets, necklaces, and watches when
working with a battery. A battery can
produce a short circuit current high enough
to melt objects such as rings, causing severe
burns.
8.4 PERICOLO DI IMPIGLIAMENTO - DANGER OF ENTANGLE
Non rimuovere le protezioni poste sulle parti
rotanti.
Do not remove the protections placed on the
rotating parts.
Non pulire o eseguire manutenzione su parti
in movimento.
Do not clean or execute maintenance
operation on moving parts.
Usare indumenti appropriati durante l’utilizzo
della torre faro.

9.
PERIODO DI INATTIVITÀ - PERIOD OF INACTIVITY
Qualora si debba fermare la macchina per un
lungo
periodo
di
tempo
è
necessario
scollegare lo stacca batteria. Alla ripresa in
esercizio occorre effettuare un controllo visivo
sull’integrità dei cablaggi elettrici.
If the unit has to be put at rest for a long
period, it is necessary to disconnect the
battery switch. When the unit has to be
prepared to run again, a visual check must be
carried out on the integrity of the electric
connections.
