5.3.3 Choose GSeat profile
You need to choose how the input forcesare adjustedto the GS-COBRA user. This is done
by choosing a GSeat profile, this time from the list 2.1.
The GSeat Manager comes with few predefined GSeat profiles like Normal, Heavy or Light.
Normal is the default one and keeps input forces unchanged.
You can create your own GSeat profiles to better suit your personal taste (see 6.6).
The text field 2.2 displays the description of the currently selected GSeat profile if any.
5.4 Attach and adjust the harness
WARNING
Always ensure the simulation process is not started in the GSeat
Manager software before taking place in the GS-COBRA or leaving it, and before
attaching/opening the harness
.
The simulation process is not started when the
Start/Stop button 3 caption
is “Start”.
Before adjusting the harness, check the GS-COBRA is properly centered in front of your
display and controls.
Please refer to Figure 2 page 10.

Open the chest strap 3.3
•
Take place in the GS-COBRA.
•
Place your arms under the shoulder pads like for a backpack. (Release the straps
3.4 first to get more room for your arms).

Lock the chest strap 3.3
