handling the working platform.
The same regulations and safety notes as described in Chp.

Malfunctions-Cause-Remedy
Faults may only be remedied by qualified personnel!
Before each troubleshooting session, move the working platform down if
possible, and unload or secure the load!
Remove mains plug before working on the electrical system of the working platform.
Discontinue operation immediately if faults occur that endanger operational safety!
Check the following if there are faults:
-
Mains supply plugged in?
-
Fuses in the building site main cabinet? (16 A, slow-to-blow)
-
Correct extension cable?
-
Cable cross section for extension cable at least 3x2.5 mm
2
with alternating current or at least 5x2.5
mm
2
with three-phase current
-
Is the EMERGENCY STOP button unlocked?
-
Has the rope stop engaged?
-
Automatic safety features in the switch box of the central control.
-
Is the overload switch pressed down? (red indicator light(s) on the control cabinet)
-
Has the rope end surveillance been activated? This is the case e.g. if the rope weight at the end of
the rope is bearing against the spring at the exit of the rope and the red control lamp is illuminated,
just like for overload.
-
Is the upper limit switch pressed in? (no upwards motion)
-
Check the plug connection for the upper limit switch
•
If the platform moves in the wrong direction then the phase inverter
must be turned.
-
The turning direction of the machine can be changed at the mains plug
(1) from the front by turning the two plug pins (2) with a screwdriver.

Motor is not giving full output:
-
Fall in voltage of more than 10% of the nominal voltage.
-
Select supply cable with higher wire cross section. Reduce load.
-
If the motor is overheated, the integrated thermal switch turns off the drive motor and the control. -
Work can continue after a certain cool-off period.
