NOTE
To protect the limit switch, the control lever (3) can be clicked
into the protective casing of the C-clamp during transport.

9.3.7.2
Feeding in the drive rope on the winch
•
Insert end of drive rope (1) from above as far into the winch as possible
without switching on the winch.
•
Then press down and hold the UP button on the control (see Fig. 46)
(on the central control also the selector button for the corresponding
winch, see Fig. 47).
•
Push drive rope in the same direction until it is threaded in
independently and appears on the opposite side again.
•
Allow drive rope to run through until it is pulled tight.

Make sure rope runs freely

Carefully inspect end of drive rope before inserting into the winch!
Only use rope with original soldered ends. No braids should be poking out and
the rope must not have any kinks or great deformities in the first metre!
Danger from massive damage to the winch!
If there are conspicuous noises or uneven entry, immediately run out the rope
and inspect the rope ends or winch.
NOTE
The winch can also be raised to the winch retainer by using the “UP” button to assemble it to the front
guard.
