STEP 4:
Replace and tighten the oil plug and clean
away any excess oil.
STEP 5:
Remove oil plug located at top of side
gearbox (
See Fig. D, ref. A
), there is a
sight glass located in the side of the side
gearbox (
Fig. D, ref. B and close-up
Fig. E
). Fill oil until oil is to top of
glass (20 oz).
STEP 6:
Replace and tighten the plug. Clean
away any excess oil.
STEP 7:
Grease the grease fitting on the "outboard
hub", the two (2) grease fittings on the
PTO universal joints, the two (2) grease
fittings on the PTO safety shield, and the
inner surface portion of the PTO shaft.

CAUTION:
DO NOT
overfill gearbox. This could cause damage
to oil seals and can cause permanent damage to the
gearbox. This issue will not be covered under warranty.
