Determination of closing pressure
The closing pressure effective at the valve seat during operation can be
calculated approximately. It is mandatory, however, that the fine adjustment at
the valve must be carried out on site.
Tools required:
•
Specification of the supplied air pressure.
•
Specification of the valve-specific regulation ratio (see design documentation);
the ratio between the drive cross-section FL1 and the valve seat cross-section
FL2 (FL1/FL2).
