Action Step
Prepare an applicable container for collection of the drained coolant. See
Section 10.1 System specifications, on page 274 for the information on the
vessel jacket volume. 3
Connect the drain valve (1) to the collection container as applicable. 4

Open the drain valve (1). 5
Open the vent valve (2) and collect the coolant. 6
When the fluid flow stops, lift up the coolant outlet tubing (RETURN) to drain
the content of the tubing into the vessel jacket. 7
Prepare the tubing for draining the vessel jacket bottom: 8

Attach a Snap-tite connector to the tubing.

Put the end of the drain tubing into the collection container.

Connect the Snap-tite connector of the drain tubing to the
coolant inlet tubing (connected to SUPPLY).

Wait until all fluid has drained out from the mixer vessel jacket. 9
