Check Quality of Flames
The combustion quality of burner flames needs to
be determined visually.
If burner flames look like (A), call for service.
Normal burner flames should look like (B) or (C),
depending on the type of gas used.
With LP gas, some yellow tipping on outer cones
is normal.
Final Steps
1. Fill in the date, plus the name and address of
the service organization performing the
conversion, in the spaces provided on the
conversion label.
2. Remove the backing from the label and stick
the label in a convenient place on the
underside of the cooktop near the Rating
Plate. Make sure the area is clean and dry
before applying the label.
The conversion is now complete.
