Locking the Closing Latch if the Closing Spring is Charged
• The closing latch may be actuated unintentionally when
manipulations are being performed on the spring mechanism.
• Performing manipulations on the spring mechanism when the
closing spring is charged and the closing latch is not locked poses
a risk of injury.
• Insert the locking device (11) for the closing latch (12) and fasten
it to the shaft of the manual opening release (9).
Removing the Safety Plate
• Remove the safety plate (13).
Prevent inadvertent manual actuation of the spring mecha-
nism by locking the closing latch.
