Gas extrapolated pressures
The same thresholds (1 and 2) are used as for the gas pressures. If want earlier warning,
then need to extend both the short term and the long-term horizon during setup.
One suggestion would be to set the:

time horizon to 720 minutes (12 hours)

long-term
”
time horizon to 30 days
Long term gas &% leak rate
Government or corporate gas leak targets are usually set in %/yr, for example 5%/yr.
So to meet this target, you would need to make sure that you were notified of any
important leak. For this you may want to set your alarm at 2% per year if you have a young
fleet
of CB that don’t leak much
.
If, on the other hand, all your CB are old and leaking, you may want to increase this level to
show you the really bad CB to tackle first. Alarm at >15%/yr for example.
