7.5.3. Fitting the tap
To fi t the tap correctly back in place proceed as follows:
- keep the lock pushbutton pressed;
- introduce the tap into the seat provided and push until the pushbutton retur-
ns to its initial position;
- place the rod and lever back in the working position.

7.6. internal sanitization
Before the machine is started up, the inside must be sanitized.
important! the thermostat must be set on “0”-
Carry out the following steps:
1 prepare the sanitizing solution in a container (follow the directions provided
on the sanitizing product package)
2 pour the sanitizing solution into the bowl;
3 allow to act for the time necessary (see directions on the product package).
4 Empty the sanitizing solution from the tank using the tap.
Then rinse out the bowl and inside surfaces thoroughly to eliminate all residues
of sanitizing solution.
important: the bowl must be rinsed of sanitizing solution as
directed on the sanitizing product package and in accordance
with the standards of hygiene currently in force in the country
where the machine is used.
- make sure the central shaft is not raised. If it is, pull it out of the central tube
and then reinsert it, turning it slightly and pushing downward until it is com-
pletely in place;
7.7. cleaning the drip tray
The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned daily.
Holding the drainage tube fi rmly, lift the tray with the grid on top and pull it out.

Wash the tray and grid separately with lukewarm water.
Dry all of the components.
Reposition the grid on top of the tray.
Position the drainage tube in the opening provided.
Fit the tray back in place and press down to secure it to the machine.
