Configuring your onboard RAID solutions
Your server comes equipped with an onboard, chipset SCSI RAID solution, which supports
RAID levels 0 (striping) and 1 (mirroring). The onboard RAID solutions can be enabled in
the BIOS (
) and configured by launching the appropriate RAID BIOS console
during the boot process.
Configuring the onboard SCSI RAID solution
To launch the SCSI RAID BIOS console:

Restart your server.

F2
when the Gateway logo screen appears during startup. The BIOS Setup utility
opens.

From the
Main
BIOS menu, select the
Advanced
menu.

Select the
PCI Configuration
sub-menu.
