When the ram has moved up, move the die cone and backup ring all the way
forward. Remove the assembly by lifting the die cone.

Place the other end of the hose and its coupling in the crimper, and then
press and hold
PRESS & HOLD TO CRIMP END 2.
When the crimper finishes,
it shows a screen where you can repeat the assembly, build a new assembly
(by selecting a new hose, die set, etc.), or view assemblies you have added to
your favorites (Figure 51).

Measure each crimp OD using calipers (see “Measuring Crimp Diameter” on
page 13) and match it to the expected crimp diameter as reported by the
tablet during each crimp. If the measured crimp is different from the expected
crimp OD, perform a maintenance calibration (see “Perform a Maintenance
