3. Use only
NEW (UNUSED GATES)
hoses and fittings.
4. Wear
SAFETY GLASSES

5. Keep
HANDS CLEAR OF MOVING PARTS

6. Make sure your hose is
CUT TO THE PROPER LENGTH
, accounting for the
hose-coupling interface length.
7. Ensure your
HOSE IS FULLY INSERTED
into each coupling.
8. If you use bent couplings,
ENSURE PROPER COUPLING ORIENTATION
to avoid hose twist during installation.
9. After each crimp,
MEASURE THE CRIMP OD AND COMPARE IT
to the crimp
specification displayed on the tablet.
