Working in the second gear of semi-automatic mode:
•
Turn the left rotary control (first gear) to the zero mark until the "Excluded" LED lights up for this timer.
•
Set the right rotary control (second gear) to the required mixing time. Press the II button on the control panel to start
second gear operation to complete the kneading process. The "Count" LED on the second gear dial will light up and start
flashing.
•
The bowl rotates counterclockwise, in the same direction of rotation as the spiral.
•
The mixer stops automatically when the time set on the second-speed dial has expired.
Automatic mode
•
Set the left rotary control (first gear) to the required mixing time.
•
Set the right rotary control (second gear) to the required mixing time.
•
Press the I button on the control panel to start mixing in first gear to mix and pre-mix the ingredients. The "Count" LED
on the first gear dial will light up and start flashing.
•
The mixer will automatically start in second gear when the time set on the first gear dial has expired. Then the "Count"
LED on the second gear dial will light up and flash.
•
The mixer automatically stops when the time set on the second-speed dial has expired.
General explanations
•
If the mobile bowl protection cover is opened during a work cycle, the machine will stop and the timer
will not reset, but will remain at the remaining time already reached. To restart the blender and resume
the cycle, it is necessary to close the mobile bowl cover and press the I or II button.
•
Reverse bowl rotation is possible only in manual bowl jog mode (by using the BUTTON ROTATION
SELECTOR).
Note: The reverse rotation (clockwise) function can only be used for a maximum of one minute. The
reason for this is that after reaching a certain consistency, the dough starts to hit the column, which
over time can damage the column itself and in addition expose the machine to considerable stress.
•
Once the work cycle is completed, it is possible to move the dough to the front picking area by
pushing the BOWL JOG knob, which facilitates its removal.
