DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESSURE KNOB - CONTROL PANEL
SELECTION SWITCH BOWL ROTATION
First course.
In the right position of the switch, the bowl moves in
the same direction as the spiral (counterclockwise). In
the left position, the bowl moves clockwise. This
serves to speed up the mixing of the ingredients.
Note: The reverse bowl rotation (clockwise) function
can only be used for a maximum of one minute. The
reason for this is that after reaching a certain
consistency, the dough starts to hit the pillar, which
over time can damage the pillar itself and in addition
expose the machine to considerable stress.

MANUAL BOWL JOG - BUTTON
Immediately moves the bowl without twisting the
spiral, even when the mobile bowl protection cover
is open.
The bowl rotates counterclockwise, in the same
direction as the spiral.
The button moves the dough to the front of the
machine to make it easier to take the dough.
START BUTTON
Begins mixing the ingredients at the selected speed
according to the timer settings (see Mixer Operating
Modes section).
In first gear, the bowl rotation direction is selected by
using the bowl rotation selector. In second gear, the bowl
always rotates counterclockwise.
WARNING LIGHT
Indicates that the device is turned on.
EMERGENCY BUTTON
The rotation of the bowl and spiral can be
stopped by pressing the emergency stop
button.
To restart the machine it is necessary to first
reset the emergency condition by turning the
same button clockwise until it releases.
Then press the start button. The timers are now
reset.
