Manual mode
Working in first gear of manual mode:
•
Turn the left rotary control (first gear) below the zero mark until the "Manual" LED lights up for this
timer.
•
Press the I button on the control panel to start mixing in first gear to mix and pre-mix the ingredients.
•
Press the EMERGENCY STOP button to stop manual operation in first gear.
Work in the second gear of the manual mode:
•
Turn the left rotary control (first gear) to the zero mark until the "Excluded" LED lights up for this timer.
•
urn the right rotary control (second gear) below the zero mark until the "Manual" LED lights up for this timer.
•
Press the II button on the control panel to start second gear operation to complete the kneading process.
•
The bowl rotates counterclockwise, in the same direction of rotation as the spiral.
•
Press the EMERGENCY STOP button to stop manual operation in second gear.
Semi-automatic mode
Working in first gear of semi-automatic mode:
•
Set the left rotary control (first gear) to the required mixing time.
•
Turn the right rotary control (second gear) to the zero mark until the "Excluded" LED lights up for this timer.
•
Press the I button on the control panel to start mixing in first gear to mix and pre-mix the ingredients. The
"Count" LED on the first gear dial will light up and start flashing. The mixer automatically stops when the
time set on the first-speed dial is reached
