6.4.2.1. COLD-STARTING THE ENGINE
Place the machine on a flat surface and stable to start
it.
1. Place handlebar switch in the “I” position.
2. Place the air lever in the closed position
.
3. Place the accelerator lever in the maximum
position
.
4. Place yourself behind the machine, as shown in the
figure, and pull the starter rope until the engine
starts.
5. If the machine starts and does not stop, slowly
begin moving the air lever toward the Open air
position
(normal working position).
6. Adjust the appropriate number of revolutions with
the throttle lever.
7. Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes
before starting to use the machine.
6.4.2.2. STARTING WITH A HOT ENGINE
Place the machine on a flat surface and stable to start it.
1. Place handlebar switch in the “I” position.
2. Place the air lever in the open position

3. Place yourself behind the machine and pull the
Starter rope until the engine starts.
4. Adjust the appropriate number of revolutions with
the throttle lever.
6.4.2.3. STOPPING THE ENGINE
1. Place the throttle lever in positions, the minimum
speed
and allow the engine to remain idle
seconds.
2. Set the switch to the “O” (stop) position.
6.4.3. CHECKPOINTS AFTER STARTING THE MACHINE
It is important to pay attention to the possible
individual parts or and the temperature of the
machine. If you detect any anomaly in the machine
immediately stop and check it carefully. In case of
any malfunction or problem take the machine to a
service technician to be repaired. In any case continue
to use the machine if the operation does not seem
appropriate.
Do not use the machine if it is damaged or
improperly adjusted.
